Co-Founder
Mr. Miaw brings over 17 years of experience in high-frequency trading. He co-leads research and development alongside Chung-Ying and serves as the primary point of contact for investor relations. He previously led the systematic trading at a global crypto hedge fund, and prior to that he served on the Interest Rates Systematic Market Making desk at Goldman Sachs. Before joining Goldman Saches, he worked as a Senior Developer at Tower Research Capital in New York City. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Columbia University, USA.
Co-Founder
Mr. Wu leads the development of our ultra-low-latency C++ trading infrastructure and oversees all day-to-day trading operations. Prior to co-founding Soleil, he served as a Tech Lead at Kronos Research in Taipei. Previously he worked at several trading firms, hedge funds, and investment banks — Anti Capital, JP Morgan, Point72, and RBC in New York. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Columbia University, USA.
COO
Mr. Tsou oversees all operational and administrative functions at Soleil Capital, ensuring the firm runs smoothly across compliance, investor relations, and back-office processes. He holds a Master's degree in International Development from RMIT University, Australia.
